1984 Schwinn

Happy Birthday to Me! Danielle and her dad found this bike for sale while she was up in Marquette for a few days last week. I've been thinking about getting a road bike for a while but had no desire to shell out the hundreds of dollars for a new one. This bike, on the other hand, was around when the Tigers won the world series, and more than two decades later we picked it up for a mere $15. Amazingly, it seems to be in great shape -- I just put the wheels back on it tonight and took it out for a successful trip around the neighborhood with no problems at all.
